• After Hours Operations Specialist:

  Gulf Hills Hotel and Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic After Hours Operations Specialist to care for the hotel from 11 pm - 7 am, 5 nights per week. This person will work primarily from our beautiful hotel lobby and will be in charge of making sure that its details shine.
  

  The After Hours Operations Specialist serves as the primary point of contact and Inn Keeper during overnight hours.

  We are looking for someone who takes ownership of how the guests experience the lobby, hallways, and bathrooms, making sure that there is sparkle around every corner.
  

  This role sets the tone for the morning team by maintaining a shining, clean, and calm environment, ensuring a luxurious experience for guests when they walk in the door.

  The specialist will also handle late-night check-ins, resolve guest needs, and monitor facilities.

  Operational duties include:

  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of the property to ensure all areas are clean, polished, and guest-ready.

  • Elevate the hotel’s ambiance by attending to small details — such as shining picture frames, polishing lobby décor, and ensuring all common spaces feel inviting and fresh.

  • Maintain the lobby’s appearance, keeping it “shiny and new” at all times.

  • Prepare the property for the next day’s team, ensuring all operational needs are set up for success.

  • Perform light cleaning and tidying in common areas, such as dusting, polishing, or refreshing supplies.

  • Ensure bathrooms, hallways, and other commonly used areas are clean and held to a five-star standard.

  • Conduct nightly checks of amenities, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.

  • Document and communicate any maintenance concerns, guest feedback, or overnight incidents to the management team.

  • Follow hotel procedures for securing the property overnight.

  • Check-in any late-night guests.

  • Make reservations for late-night callers.

  The After Hours Operations Specialist is a vital role on our team. We recognize that working overnight is difficult.   Job Type: Full-time

  Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
